Wrist is normally defined as the complex of eight bones called carpals, forming the proximal skeletal segment of hand. These carpals supports the tube called carpal tunnel containing tendons and nerves that runs along the wrist. This is totally covered by ligaments that holds it in its place. The wrist having a movement along two axes, is prone to several injuries like pain, fracture and injury to tendons.
